Wholesale inquiries

For wholesale orders, shipping method, destination, freight cost, packing and delivery timing are confirmed in the quotation before payment.

Ready stock

Stock availability and final quantities are checked before an order is accepted. Do not rely on website availability alone.

Custom orders

Custom production, samples, packaging and approval steps are agreed in writing before production begins. Custom goods may not be returnable once production has started, except where the agreed terms provide otherwise.

Returns and issues

If goods arrive damaged, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with the order details and clear photos. We will review the issue and agree the appropriate remedy under the order terms.
